Yes. Every Mere & Moss candle is hand-poured in small batches from our Cockermouth workshop in the Lake District. We carefully craft each candle using premium ingredients and thoughtfully selected fragrances to create a beautiful, long-lasting home fragrance experience.

Where are Mere & Moss products made?

All Mere & Moss home fragrance products are handcrafted in Cockermouth, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Our surroundings inspire every collection, from fresh woodland notes to warm, comforting fragrances designed to bring calm into your home.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. Our candles are vegan friendly and cruelty free. We carefully select our ingredients to ensure our products are never tested on animals while maintaining the premium quality you expect from Mere & Moss.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies depending on the size of candle and how it is cared for. Our 30cl candles are designed to provide approximately 40-45 hours of fragrance when burned in accordance with the candle care instructions included with every order.

Which fragrance is best if I'm buying as a gift?

If you're choosing a gift, we recommend Midnight Cassis for its rich, elegant character or Citrus Verbena for a fresh, uplifting fragrance. Every Mere & Moss product is beautifully presented, making it a thoughtful gift for birthdays, housewarmings and special occasions.
