At Mere & Moss, every candle, wax melt, reed diffuser and room spray is carefully hand-poured in small batches from my cottage in Cockermouth, Cumbria. Every order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

During busy periods, seasonal launches or holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Mere & Moss currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £50.

Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Mere & Moss cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible at:
