Return & Refund Policy

At Mere & Moss, every candle, wax melt, diffuser and room spray is carefully hand-poured in small batches. We hope you love every purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be unused and unopened
  • be in their original packaging
  • be in a resaleable condition

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, burned, opened or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Mere & Moss cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the damage
  • a brief description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
